Our Kids classes are designed to encourage younger children to be active and to introduce them to martial arts. Classes are fun, action packed and use a variety of equipment to maintain interest. All our classes teach the FUNdamentals of Martial arts including basic techniques; punches; kicks; blocks; strikes as well as using our senior students to inspire our youngsters. We also teach our younger students about specific subjects such as stranger danger. The Association has a dedicated team of Instructors who hold national governing body coaching qualifications, enhanced DBS disclosures and are first aid trained.

We have combat based fitness classes for every age and ability at our gym. Our classes are based on combat sport and circuit training they target strength and conditioning. Resistance training and high intensity aerobics.
No previous martial arts experience is required and you don't have to be young or fit to join our gym classes.

Our fight classes are designed to give people access to sport Martial arts no matter what experience you have or your fitness level. We offer the first class FREE so you can try our classes and facilities, meet our team and talk to other students prior to joining us. The Association's success in fighting competitively ranges from our junior students winning medals at local and national competitions to our most elite students competing at international level. We always encourage all our students to be competitive no matter their age or grade.
